Before joining Yardley in 2004, Casey spent 14 years at IBAX and McKesson.  At IBAX he implemented and supported a wide variety of hospital clinical and financial information systems.  When McKesson acquired IBAX, Casey made his mark in the Amherst Product Group, providing consulting services with TRENDSTAR, Pathways Decision Support (now Horizon Performance Manager) and ds.Pathfinder (predecessor to Horizon Business Insight). 

Casey subsequently worked for several multi-hospital groups as their internal decision support directors, helping to push each organization to maximize return on their decision support investments.

Casey's expertise includes costing, service line P&L development, rollout of executive reporting via ds.Pathfinder and HBI, project management for system upgrades, conversions and implementations.  Casey is at the forefront of handling multi-entity systems in McKesson applications.
