Before joining YMS in 2002, ten of Michelle's seventeen years in healthcare decision support were spent with McKesson's Amherst product group in a variety of customer support roles. Michelle also spent another five years with another decision support consulting firm providing application consulting to TRENDSTAR client hospitals.

Michelle specializes in decision support implementation, application training and ongoing application support.
