EBB's model is defined by choosing dimensions and the population to include.  Dimensions are handles on the data you will later use to select the changes you want.  Behind the scenes, the model is retaining payor, revenue, service item and department level cost.

The EBB provides menus to allow you to manage your model datasets and make successive iterative assumption changes.  EBB then provides before and after variance reporting to understand the activity, cost and revenue variances.
