| We've just completed a critical care scorecard process for a TRENDSTAR/HBI customer, though the same approach would work for HPM customers. The process evaluates use of critical care resources by patient and physician, including metrics like returns the to critical care unit, days in critical care and ancillary cost per day in critical care and other levels of care.
